01 General Information & Overview

• If your account details change (such as your mobile number or email address), please update them without delay.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, hii7 may verify your identity. Failing to complete this process may result in certain features being restricted.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

06 Gameplay Rules

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, hii7 may declare that round void.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, hii7's server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; exceptions may apply in the event of a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• Attempting to operate multiple accounts from a single device may result in account suspension.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hii7. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of your balance.
